Oat DARLING EASTERN GOLDEN

Stable Yields in Challenging Climates

When managing fodder resources, the choice of oat variety comes down to one simple truth: the quality of the yield determines the health of the livestock. "Dalnevostochny Zolotoy" by Fgbun Hfits Dvo Ran is for farmers who prioritize grain productivity in demanding climate conditions.

Field Performance and Agronomy

During the growing cycle, this variety proved to be highly manageable. The plants show excellent resistance to lodging, which is critical during harvest time—minimizing grain loss during cutting. The root system is well-developed, allowing the crop to extract moisture from the soil even during the dry spells typical of the Far Eastern regions. The originators, Evgeniya Tikhomirova and Oleg Mikhaylichenko, have developed seed material that responds effectively to standard fertilization protocols.

Fodder Economics

The primary use of "Dalnevostochny Zolotoy" is for feed. Livestock readily consume both the biomass and the grain of this variety. The energy density of the feed allows for a reduction in expenditures on purchased supplements. If your goal is to produce high-quality, reliable on-farm forage, this variety will serve as a workhorse for your operation.

• Uniform grain size simplifies cleaning and processing at the storage site.
• Consistent quality when agronomic timelines are respected.
• Low requirement for specific plant protection agents, as the variety is well-adapted to local pathogen pressures.

Managing fields with this variety is straightforward. It is hardy, predictable in its maturation, and allows for precise harvest scheduling.
