KRAZNOARSKIJ 415 MV — medium-late hybrid corn of the first generation with FAO 400 and vegetation period of 116–117 days. Plants are tall, reaching a height of 245–260 cm, with well-developed leaves and 18–19 leaves on the main stem. The ear is slightly conical in shape, located at a height of 110–115 cm, and contains 18 rows of kernels. Kernels are yellow, dent-type, with a 1000-kernel weight of 285–290 g, ensuring a high milling yield — 81–82%. The average harvest moisture is 18–19%, which facilitates efficient mechanical harvesting. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to lodging and stem breakage, enhancing reliability during cultivation and harvest. It is resistant to common smut and powdery mildew, stalk rot, as well as corn borer. Additionally, it shows resistance to southern helminthosporiosis, moderate resistance to bacterial wilt and fusarium. These characteristics make KRAZNOARSKIJ 415 MV a reliable choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions in the North Caucasus and Lower Volga regions of Russia. The hybrid is intended for grain and silage production, expanding its application in agriculture. The average grain yield in the North Caucasus region is approximately 41.5 c/ha, and in the Lower Volga region — 42.6 c/ha, confirming its high productivity. Inclusion in the State Register since 2002 attests to the proven efficiency and adaptability of the hybrid to local growing conditions.
