FoliAnt MV

FoliAnt — a medium-maturing corn hybrid with FAO 310, developed by MAIS. This hybrid is intended for grain production and is characterized by a high yield potential of 140-145 ц/ha. Plants reach a height of 275-290 cm, and cylindrical ears of 21-23 cm length contain 16-18 rows of kernels, each with 39-41 kernels. The grain is dent-shaped, yellow, with a 1000-kernel weight of 275-290 g, ensuring a high milling yield — 83-86%.

The FoliAnt hybrid exhibits high adaptability and resistance to various climatic conditions, making it suitable for cultivation in regions such as Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe of Ukraine. It responds well to improved agronomic practices, allowing its yield potential to be fully realized. Seeding density until harvest is 55-65 thousand plants per hectare, and ear attachment height is in the range of 100-110 cm.

FoliAnt possesses high resistance to stress factors and diseases. Drought resistance is rated at 8-8.5 out of 10, cold resistance and lodging resistance — both at 9 points. The hybrid also demonstrates high tolerance to Fusarium, head smut, and corn borer, ensuring stable yields even under adverse conditions. These qualities make FoliAnt a reliable choice for farmers seeking high-quality and stable corn grain yields.
