Maize ES Fieldgold

ES Fieldgold sweet corn is a high-yielding mid-early maturing hybrid with an FAO index of 330 and a vegetation period of 115 to 120 days. This hybrid is developed for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe regions of Ukraine, making it an optimal choice for farms with varying climatic conditions. ES Fieldgold belongs to the category of universal hybrids with high yield potential, suitable for both medium-intensity and extensive cultivation technologies.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to a wide range of adverse factors, including drought, lodging, and major corn diseases such as smut, gray leaf spot, helminthosporium, and Fusarium stalk and ear rot. In addition, ES Fieldgold has enhanced early growth vigor and accelerated water shedding during the grain ripening stage, which helps reduce drying costs. The kernel type is silica-toothed, ensuring high product quality.

To achieve maximum yield, planting should be conducted at stable temperatures not lower than +10ºC. Optimal plant density varies depending on soil moisture levels: in well-watered zones — 65–70 thousand plants per hectare, and in less watered zones — 50–65 thousand plants per hectare. These parameters ensure efficient resource use and contribute to stable production of high-quality grain.
