DnOd 514 SV

DnOd 514 SV — a high-yielding, mid-season corn hybrid with FAO 430, intended for grain production. Plants reach a height of 245 to 270 cm, have 18-20 rows of kernels, with 36 to 42 kernels per row. Kernels are dent-shaped, with starch content exceeding 72%, and 1000 kernel weight is 380-400 grams. The hybrid exhibits high plasticity and rapid moisture release during maturation, facilitating timely harvest and reducing losses.

The DnOd 514 SV hybrid is well-adapted to various soil-climatic conditions, including the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe zones of Ukraine. It is resistant to drought (rating 9), lodging (8), and common corn diseases such as helminthosporiosis (8), rust (9), and fusarium (9). Thanks to these characteristics, the hybrid is suitable for monoculture, irrigation, and various farming technologies.
