CANYON'S

Corn hybrid Canyon's is a high-yielding mid-early maturity hybrid with FAO maturity group 230, intended for grain production. This hybrid belongs to a new generation, characterized by high adaptability to various climatic conditions and soil types, allowing successful cultivation in different regions. Plants are tall, reaching 260-270 cm in height, capable of forming two full ears positioned at 80-90 cm. The ears have dent kernels, with 14 rows and 35-37 kernels per row, with a 1000-kernel weight of 300-310 g.

Hybrid Canyon's exhibits high resistance to stress factors, including sudden temperature drops and drought, making it cold-tolerant and suitable for early planting. It possesses maximum resistance to lodging and high resistance to common corn diseases, such as common rust. The rapid moisture release from kernels after maturation significantly reduces drying costs, which is an important advantage during harvest.

The hybrid is versatile and suitable for both intensive and extensive cultivation technologies. Recommended plant density at harvest varies depending on moisture conditions: 80-90 thousand plants per hectare in well-watered zones and 65-70 thousand in less watered zones.
