Coriander JUBILAR

A High-Yield Choice for Commercial Herb Production

The «Yubilyar» coriander variety is a specialized leaf-type cultivar developed by the Federal Research Center for Vegetable Growing. Unlike multipurpose or grain-oriented varieties, Yubilyar is engineered to prioritize vegetative biomass. For commercial growers, this means a denser, more marketable leaf rosette that provides consistent yields for the fresh market.

Key Advantages of the Variety

• Leaf-Focused Productivity: The variety produces a lush, dense rosette of leaves, ensuring high output per hectare.
• Extended Growth Phase: One of the main strengths is its resistance to premature bolting, allowing growers to manage a more reliable harvest schedule.
• Market Appeal: The combination of delicate leaf texture and intense aroma makes this variety highly sought after by retailers and high-end culinary establishments.

Cultivation Considerations

Yubilyar performs best in fertile, well-aerated soils under professional management. The variety is particularly responsive to irrigation; maintaining consistent soil moisture is crucial, as drought stress will significantly accelerate bolting and decrease leaf quality. Because the plant's resources are channeled into foliage rather than reproductive development, it is not a suitable choice for those whose primary business objective is seed production.

For farmers focusing on the fresh-cut herb market, Yubilyar offers a stable, predictable, and highly efficient solution that stands out due to its focused genetic profile and reliable performance in the field.
