NANUK is a perennial dwarf white clover with a plant height of 15 to 50 cm, characterized by a long creeping branched stem and white inflorescences. The plant forms a dense emerald carpet, which usually reaches full development in the second year after sowing. Thanks to its significant foliation and compact growth, NANUK clover is ideal for creating green lawns, lawns in gardens and parks, playgrounds, and paths. It is sun-loving and tolerates mowing with a low cut well, which allows maintaining a neat appearance of the lawn even with infrequent care. NANUK clover is distinguished by its indifference to soils: it develops well on loamy and sandy loam, neutral or weakly acidic soils, as well as on organic-poor or peaty substrates. The plant is resistant to drought, trampling, and soil compaction, making it valuable for slope stabilization and creating durable green cover. Clover does not require abundant watering and easily tolerates various conditions, which significantly eases lawn maintenance. Sowing NANUK seeds is recommended from May to the end of August so that plants have time to root well before the cold. The sowing rate is approximately 0.3-0.5 kg per 100 sq. m or 10 g per m² when mixed with lawn grasses. In the year of sowing, clover develops slowly, but after mowing it grows quickly and energetically, ensuring excellent turf cover throughout the summer. Additionally, white clover is an excellent honey plant, which adds additional value in landscape design and ecology.
