PELIKAN

PELIKAN is a clover variety created by the method of complex hybrid population. It is characterized by early maturity and intensive growth after mowing, has an upright bush with high leafiness. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness and drought resistance, which ensures a productive life duration of two to three years. Dry matter yield reaches 6.0 tons per hectare, and seeds — 0.28 tons per hectare. PELIKAN clover is widely used in field and fodder crop rotations, used for green top-dressing, hay production, grass meal, and as a cover crop. It is an excellent predecessor for winter crops and is effectively used for obtaining seeds and fodder mass.
