Chrysanthemum Greeting

Growing and Maintenance Practices

"Pryvitna" is a point of pride for the M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden, specifically developed for those who value compactness and predictable flowering cycles. Its low-growing stature (up to 30 cm) makes this variety an ideal tool for professional landscaping. There is no need for pinching shoots or applying growth regulators: the plant naturally maintains a neat, bush-like form, significantly reducing labor and maintenance time.

Operational Features

• Lighting Requirements: For optimal flowering, a sunny location is essential. In shaded areas, the stems tend to stretch, losing their decorative density and the depth of their pink color.
• Flowering Cycle: A timely start in September ensures a commercial-grade appearance well before the onset of heavy frosts. With a bloom duration exceeding 40 days, it provides excellent seasonal longevity.
• Versatility: This variety performs effectively both in garden beds and container cultivation. When grown in pots, ensuring proper drainage is critical: while the root system is sensitive to waterlogging, it requires consistent watering during the budding stage to maintain vigor.

"Pryvitna" is perfectly suited for mobile greening on terraces and patios. Due to its miniature size, the bush remains stable under the weight of its flowers without the need for additional support stakes or nets. This is a low-maintenance, reliable variety that delivers consistent results throughout the autumn season with minimal soil moisture management.
