Description VEHOVSKAYA
The «Vehovskaya» lentil variety is an early-maturing type with a vegetative period of about 80 days, allowing it to ripen approximately three days earlier than the standard Janzet variety. The plant is characterized by a bush structure, tall stems, large rhombic pods, and bright green-yellow flowers.

The key advantages of «Vehovskaya» include high yield (about 6.7 c/ha) and excellent quality indicators: the mass of 1000 grains reaches 70 g, and the protein content in the seeds is approximately 28%. The variety is drought, heat, and frost resistant, and also tolerates various climatic conditions well. Thanks to these properties, it is suitable for cultivation in all cultivation zones.

For successful sowing, it is recommended to use a 50 × 20 cm scheme with a density of 60–70 plants per m². The plant is self-pollinated, which simplifies the harvest process.
