KDC METEOR

The KDC METEOR lentil variety is mid-early, characterized by high yield and drought resistance. The seeds are large, convex, green in color without a pattern, with a 1000-seed mass ranging from 40 to 58 grams. The vegetative period lasts 67–89 days.

Plants of this variety have low-medium height, elongated-oval leaves, and small flowers – three per inflorescence. The wings are white with a bluish vein, giving the plants a distinctive appearance. Anthocyanin pigmentation of seedlings indicates good root system development.

KDC METEOR features high protein content – up to 27.7 %. Yields under various climatic conditions exceed regional averages: the maximum yield was recorded in 2021. Thanks to its resistance to lodging and shattering, this variety is suitable for a wide range of agricultural practices.
