Description KDC MARBLE
The KDC MARBLE lentil variety belongs to the Lens culinaris Medik. family and is characterized by medium maturity (medium-early). Plants reach heights from 34 to 58 cm, leaves have an elongated-oval shape, and flowers are small with a blue-violet hue, grouped in inflorescences of three. Seeds are small, convex, and green with a dark green marble texture; cotyledons are yellow.

KDC MARBLE is suitable for cultivation in a wide range of regions: Central Black Earth (5), North Caucasian (6), and Middle Volga (7). In these areas, the variety demonstrates high resistance to lodging, shattering, and drought. Yield in the central region is about 20.7 c/ha, in the North Caucasian region – 17.2 c/ha, and maximum figures (36.0 c/ha) were recorded in the Voronezh region.

Protein content in seeds reaches up to 27%. Mass of 1000 seeds varies from 27 to 40 g.
