White Cherry is a cherry-cherry hybrid distinguished by its matte white fruits of medium size (5–6 grams). The fruits ripen in mid-summer, usually by the end of June and the beginning of July. Their juiciness and delicate taste make them popular both for fresh consumption and for making desserts.
Bushes of this variety reach a height of 1.2–1.7 meters and have a compact structure, which allows them to be grown in open ground or even on a balcony. The fruits have a heart-shaped shape, almost white in color with a slight yellowish tint at full ripeness; sometimes the top of the fruit is covered with a pink cap. The flesh is dense, aromatic, and oily, retaining the same color in cross-section.
The variety is characterized by high yield and disease resistance. The fruits weigh from 300 g to 700 g, have a fruity taste with a slight sweetness and a pleasant tartness, making them ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for making salads, appetizers, and preserves. Thanks to the compact bushes and good yield, White Cherry is suitable for both gardeners and those looking for a universal variety with rich aroma and taste.
