The plant is compact, reaching a height of 40-60 cm, which facilitates care and harvest collection. The fruits have an elongated pear shape, with a length of 9-14 cm and a weight from 300 to 450 grams. The fruit flesh is dense, white, and bitterness-free, making them particularly attractive for culinary use.

The fruit color at technical maturity varies from light violet to blue-violet, and at biological maturity acquires a brownish-brown shade. The variety is distinguished by good storability and transportability, which allows maintaining product quality during transportation and storage. Albatross is versatile in application and suitable for growing both in open ground and under film coverings.

The variety possesses resistance to verticillium wilt and relative resistance to fusarium, which enhances its reliability under various growing conditions. For optimal plant development, regular watering and adherence to a planting scheme with a spacing of 70x40 cm are required. The high yield of the variety reaches 6.4-6.5 kg per square meter, which makes Albatross one of the popular and in-demand eggplant varieties.
