Carrot variety USLADA is a high-yielding mid-late variety characterized by large cylindrical roots up to 20 cm in length and weighing from 80 to 160 grams. The roots have a bright orange color with a small core and juicy, tender, sweet flesh. The variety belongs to the Berlukum/Nantes type, with a slightly pointed tip, giving it an attractive appearance and ease of use.

USLADA has an increased carotene content — up to 18.6 mg per 100 g of raw product, as well as a high sugar level (6.0-8.1%) and dry matter (12.9%), making it indispensable for dietary and baby food. Taste quality of the carrot is rated as good and excellent, confirming its versatility for fresh consumption and winter storage. The variety is resistant to cracking, bolting, and main diseases, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield.

The plant forms a semi-spreading medium-sized leaf rosette with green, finely to medium-cut leaves. Marketable yield of the variety varies from 366 to 644 centners per hectare, which is 103 centners higher than the Nantes 4 standard, and maximum yield reached 876 centners per hectare. High output of marketable product — from 70 to 90% — makes USLADA an excellent choice for growing both at home and on suburban plots.
