Carrot variety Rozal is a mid-early large-fruited type of Berlukum with a maturation period from full germination to technical maturity of 120-130 days. The roots have a cylindrical shape with a blunt tip and slight tapering, measuring 22-24 cm in length and weighing from 160 to 240 grams. They are distinguished by high uniformity, rich orange skin and core color, and tender flesh. The leaf rosette is semi-spreading, with green mid-cut leaves and non-fragile petioles, ensuring a strong leaf apparatus suitable for mechanical harvesting.

Variety Rozal is characterized by high yield and resistance to leaf apparatus diseases. Marketable yield in various regions reaches from 317 to 820 centners per hectare, significantly exceeding standard variety indicators. The output of marketable product is about 95%. The taste qualities of the carrot are good, dry matter content reaches 12.3%, total sugar — 7.5%, and carotene — 15.1 mg per 100 g of raw product.

Carrot Rozal is versatile in application: it is suitable for fresh consumption, canning, freezing, winter storage, and cultivation for bunch production. Seeds of this variety are intended for sowing in open ground both in home conditions and for commercial production, making Rozal a sought-after choice for gardeners and farmers.
