Description
Babushka's Mixed Pickle® is a medium-late variety of white cabbage designed for cultivation in Russia. The vegetative period lasts from 111 to 130 days from germination to technical maturity. The plant forms a medium, semi-upright rosette with a diameter of 0.5-0.6 meters. Leaves are round, medium-sized, with wavy edges and a slight waxy coating, colored green and dark green. The head is round, dense, juicy, and sweet, with a diameter of 17-20 cm and a weight of 3 to 4 kg.
The variety is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 10 kg per square meter, as well as good storage quality, ensuring long-term product preservation. Babushka's Mixed Pickle® possesses excellent taste qualities both fresh and after pickling, making it versatile for various culinary purposes. Thanks to these characteristics, the variety is widely used for producing juice, sauerkraut, and other products.
The cultivation technology includes sowing for seedlings in mid-March to early April with transplanting at the cotyledon stage. The variety is suitable for use both in vegetable growing and in the agricultural industry, providing stable and quality harvests.
