Carrot Flayovi

A Professional Choice for Industrial Processing

The «Flyovi» carrot variety from the «Svitiaz» brand is engineered specifically for commercial growers focusing on long-term storage and industrial processing. In the Russian climate, this late-maturing variety demonstrates excellent reliability, reaching technical maturity within 140–160 days.

Geometry and Production Efficiency

The defining characteristic of «Flyovi» is its predictable morphology. With a length of 20–25 cm and a weight of 150–200 grams, the roots maintain a consistent cylindrical shape. This uniformity is critical for automated sorting, washing, and peeling lines, significantly reducing waste compared to irregularly shaped varieties.

Why «Flyovi» stands out:

• Operational Efficiency: The standardized shape minimizes loss during industrial processing.
• Storage Potential: The prolonged vegetation period ensures a dense root structure, allowing for shelf-life extension throughout the winter.
• Visual Quality: A deep, vibrant orange color indicates high carotene content, highly valued by juice and puree manufacturers.

It is important to note that this variety requires professional cultivation practices. Due to its long growth cycle, it demands consistent irrigation and integrated pest management throughout the season. While it is not intended for the "early bunch" market, it serves as a highly profitable asset for farmers operating under contracts with processing plants or those specializing in stable, late-season yields.
