Description EXTREMO
The 'Extremo' carrot variety is a mid-season hybrid recommended for cultivation in the Northwestern and Central regions. Plants form a spreading rosette of leaves with long, deeply cut green to dark green leaf blades. The root crops have an elongated-conical shape with a blunt base and weak tapering, corresponding to the Berlukum/Nantes type. Root size varies from medium to long, with a mass ranging from 89 to 190 grams.

This hybrid boasts high taste qualities, rated as good to excellent. The root crops contain 11.6% to 13.1% dry matter, 7.0-7.8% total sugar, and up to 17.7 mg of carotene per 100 grams of raw product, ensuring a bright orange color in the core and skin. 'Extremo' carrot is suitable for both fresh consumption and winter storage, making it versatile for various purposes.

The yield is high and significantly exceeds the standards of varieties Nantes 4 and Dordogne F1, reaching 291 to 552 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching up to 1501 centners per hectare in some cases. The commercial product output is 83-90%, indicating high efficiency and quality of the hybrid. 'Extremo' seeds are reliable and high-quality, confirmed by farmers' trust and quality certificates from the manufacturer.
