Synergy

Synergy F1 — an early hybrid of cauliflower developed by the Dutch seed company Enza Zaden. This variety is distinguished by its high stress resistance and strong root system, enabling it to grow successfully in open ground from spring to autumn. The vegetative period ranges from 67 to 77 days, making it ideal for conveyor-style cultivation and harvesting from early summer to late autumn. Synergy F1 is resistant to adverse weather conditions, including sudden temperature fluctuations and unexpected frosts, without developing fuzziness or anthocyanin pigmentation at elevated temperatures.

The plant is compact and robust, with dark green, thick, upright leaves that fully protect the head from sunlight. The cauliflower head is round, dome-shaped, snow-white, weighing from 1.6 to 2.2 kg. Due to its raised head shape, harvesting is easy and efficient. High marketability and resistance to bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas) make this hybrid especially attractive for both fresh market and processing and freezing applications.

For planting, seedlings are recommended for use in prepared open ground. Synergy F1 exhibits good resistance to cruciferous diseases, but thorough prevention is necessary to protect against pests such as aphids and thrips. This hybrid is well-suited for cultivation in various climatic conditions and ensures a stable, high-quality yield throughout the season.
