Cabbage STONE HEAD 447

Colorful Aesthetics for Your Table

"Kamennaya Golovka 447" (Stone Head 447) is not just another cauliflower; it is a breeding breakthrough that provides a viable solution for the niche vegetable market. Developed by the Federal Research Center for Vegetable Growing, this variety challenges the stereotype that cauliflower must be exclusively white.

Why This Variety Stands Out

The core feature of this hybrid lies in its appearance. The violet pigment, anthocyanin, which saturates the florets, makes the product not only healthier—due to significantly higher antioxidant activity—but also aesthetically striking for culinary applications. Unlike standard white varieties, "Kamennaya Golovka 447" maintains a dense structure and excellent commercial appeal during transport.

Technical Specifications

• Head Mass: 2.0 to 3.0 kg, providing substantial yield per square meter.
• Shape: Perfectly rounded, which simplifies packaging and storage processes.
• Usage: Fresh market. The variety is aimed at consumers seeking premium products for restaurant menus or health-conscious diets.

Strengths: High nutritional value due to its color and superior density of the curds. It does not break apart during thermal processing, maintaining its shape, which is crucial for high-end plating.

Cultivation Nuances: Like any large-headed cauliflower, this variety is demanding regarding irrigation and soil nutrition. A lack of micronutrients can affect the intensity of the purple color; therefore, strict adherence to agricultural protocols is essential to reach the targeted 3 kg weight.

Who is this for? Primarily for farmers specializing in premium vegetables and working within the HoReCa sector. If your goal is to differentiate your stall by offering a product with high nutritional density and an unusual visual appeal, "Kamennaya Golovka 447" is a powerful addition to your portfolio.
