Cabbage MEDALIST

Medalist F1 Beijing Cabbage is an early-maturing hybrid with a maturity period of 70-75 days. This variety is distinguished by high resistance to bolting, ensuring a stable yield and extending the usable period. The plant possesses cold-hardiness and resistance to diseases and pests, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic conditions.

Medalist cabbage heads have an egg-shaped form, dense structure, and medium size, weighing from 1.2 to 2.5 kg. The outer leaf color is light green, while the inner part of the head is light yellow, giving the vegetable an attractive appearance. The leaves have a blistered structure and a tender texture, thanks to which the cabbage is characterized by a crunchy and tender taste, ideal for fresh consumption, especially in salads.

In addition to excellent taste qualities, Medalist cabbage contains amino acids that contribute to boosting immunity. This variety is recommended for both fresh consumption and storage, expanding its usage possibilities in a home and on suburban plots.
