Description BIRYUZA
Cabbage of the "Biryuza" variety is a late-maturing, high-yield white cabbage variety that features improved characteristics compared to predecessors. From germination to harvest takes 130 to 150 days, during which time dense, round heads weighing 2 to 4 kilograms are formed. In cross-section, the heads have a white core, and the cabbage is distinguished by its juiciness and crunchy texture, making it universal for various uses, including fresh dishes and pickling.

The "Biryuza" variety possesses high resistance to cracking, which ensures long-term storage and good transportability of the crop. The cabbage withstands cold conditions well, showing high cold hardiness, but at the same time requires a sufficient amount of light and moisture for full development. The plant prefers fertile soils and responds well to fertilizing, which contributes to increased yield and fruit quality.

Growing the variety is possible both by sowing seedlings and by direct sowing of seeds into the open ground at a depth of 1.5-2 cm. Seedlings are recommended to be planted on the 45-50 day after sowing. The variety is suitable for growing in various climatic conditions and is distinguished by resistance to diseases, as well as effective absorption of nutrients, which makes it an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers seeking to obtain high-quality and stable yields.
