The maturation period is 75-90 days, allowing harvest three months after transplanting seedlings to the field. The plant forms a strong rosette with a well-developed blue-green leaf canopy that effectively protects heads from sunburn, moisture, and pests. Heads are uniformly vertical, compact, oval-shaped, white, with good closure and average weight of 1.5 to 3 kg.
