Maturation period ranges from 72 to 90 days depending on planting conditions and care. The plant forms tall bushes with a strong root system and long dark green leaves, which effectively cover dense, white heads weighing 2 to 2.5 kg. The heads are characterized by high density and firmness, making the hybrid especially suitable for mechanical processing, conveyor separation into florets, and subsequent processing or freezing.
Gohan F1 hybrid exhibits high resistance to heat and stressful growing conditions, as well as to viral diseases, ensuring a stable yield even under adverse climatic conditions. Thanks to its strong self-shading ability, the fruits maintain their market appearance and taste qualities under intense sunlight. High soil fertility and proper plant nutrition are crucial for successful cultivation. It is recommended to grow cauliflower using seedlings in open ground, sowing seeds from April to late June, and transplanting seedlings from May to June. Harvesting occurs from July to November, allowing for production suitable for both fresh markets and processing facilities.
