To obtain heads of uniform size, it is recommended to remove the plant tops when they reach a diameter of about 1 cm. Sowing seeds is done for seedlings in March-April, and transplanting to open ground is carried out in the second half of May, when the seedlings reach the 4-5 leaf stage.
