Ikorka cabbage is a mid-season red cabbage hybrid with a bright purple color and a variegated red-white internal structure of the head. This variety is distinguished by its crisp texture and rich flavor, making it a versatile product suitable for fresh salads, appetizers, as well as cooked and pickled dishes. The heads are dense, oval-shaped, weighing from 1.5 to 3.5 kg, ensuring high yield and ease of transportation. The variety is characterized by a high taste assessment and resistance to cracking, diseases, and pests, which facilitates care and increases growing reliability.

Ikorka matures on average in 130-145 days, allowing for long-term storage up to 4 months, and up to spring under proper storage conditions.
