Uncle Fedor F1 is a super-early, bee-pollinated hybrid with high yield, maturing in just 38–48 days from germination. The plant is medium-height, with moderate branching and cluster formation of fruits — up to three fruits can form per node. Flowering is mixed type, predominantly female flowers, promoting abundant fruiting. This hybrid is recommended for cultivation both in open ground and under temporary plastic coverings.
The fruits of Uncle Fedor cucumber are oval-cylindrical, 10–12 cm long, 3–3.5 cm in diameter, and weigh 80–100 g. Their surface is dark green with small, frequent bumps and brownish spines, as well as small light stripes. Leaves are pentagonal, medium-sized, green with characteristic pubescence, which helps protect fruits from spoilage and maintain their market appearance, preventing yellowing.
The cucumbers have an outstanding flavor and delicate aroma, with juicy, fresh flesh, free of bitterness, slightly sweet, and with a characteristic crunch. They are excellent for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling and salting. The hybrid is resistant to major cucumber diseases, ensuring a stable and high yield — up to 5–6 kg per square meter.
