EAST PAINTS

Decorative cabbage of the EAST PAINTS variety is a mid-late variety with a period from germination to the mass formation of a leaf rosette of 110-114 days. The leaf rosette is semi-spread, with a height of 25 to 40 cm and a diameter of 35-55 cm. Leaves are of medium size, round, with a strongly wavy edge, colored gray-green on the outer tier, which smoothly transitions to a red-violet shade in the center, while the central vein has a purple color. The leaf petiole reaches a length of 7-10 cm.

The variety is distinguished by high yield — 13-15 kg per square meter. It is resistant to bacteriosis and low temperatures, making it suitable for cultivation in all regions of Russia. EAST PAINTS has good culinary qualities: ascorbic acid content is 45.76-49.28 mg per 100 g of raw substance, total sugar is 0.62-0.68 %, and dry matter is 8.25-9.10 %.

This cabbage is recommended for use in fresh form; it is excellent for decorating dishes due to its bright and unusual coloring. In addition, the EAST PAINTS variety can be used as an ornamental plant, which expands its application possibilities in gardening and cuisine.
