Description HYDRA
The Hydra F1 Peking cabbage hybrid is distinguished by its early maturation period, ranging from 30 to 55 days depending on growing conditions. The plant is powerful and compact, forming a semi-open head weighing from 1 to 1.2 kg with a wide-elliptical or elongated shape. Heads are dense, light-yellow in color when cut, possessing excellent taste qualities and an attractive appearance, ensuring good transportability and high yields up to 7 kg per square meter.

The hybrid is resistant to a range of diseases, including cruciferous clubroot, turnip mosaic virus, and is tolerant to bacterial spot, as well as withstands temperature stresses well. Thanks to genetic resistance and uniform plant maturation, Hydra F1 is suitable for cultivation both in open and protected ground. The plant is well-foliated and compact, which eases care and harvest collection.

Hydra F1 cabbage is rich in vitamins and trace elements, including vitamin C, provitamin A (carotene), vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, K, PP, and folic acid, making it beneficial for dietary nutrition for adults and children. The hybrid is intended for fresh consumption, pickling, and short-term storage, expanding its culinary and household use possibilities.
