Natsuki F1 Pak Choy — an early-maturing hybrid of Japanese selection by the Sakata brand, intended for cultivation in open ground and hydroponics. This hybrid is distinguished by its very early maturity: the harvest is ready for collection 40-60 days after planting, allowing it to be used in the summer-autumn period, especially after the main crop. Natsuki F1 withstands high temperatures and heat well, making it an optimal choice for summer season cultivation. The plant develops actively even at dense plantings, withstanding a density of up to 180 thousand plants per hectare, and does not bolt, maintaining high productivity.

The cabbage forms an elongated, dense head of cylindrical shape weighing from 0.4 to 1.5 kg. Leaves are light green in color with a ruffled structure, inner leaves are yellowish, which gives the vegetable an attractive appearance and pleasant taste. The hybrid is characterized by a uniform structure and high content of vitamins A, C, and iron. Natsuki F1 has a stable immunity to fungal diseases such as rot, gray mottling, and leaf browning, which ensures a stable yield and reduces the need for treatments.

The harvest is recommended to be used primarily fresh, as the cabbage has a short shelf life. Seeds are supplied in packs of 1000 pieces and are suitable for sowing in a prepared soil mix, including in greenhouse conditions.
