EMERALD CUP

The Broccoli Rabi variety Emerald Cup is a quick-maturing Romanesco type with an original dome-shaped head of light green color weighing from 350 to 500 grams. The foliage rosette is raised, leaves are of medium size, grey-green and slightly bubbly. This variety is distinguished by high commercial yield, reaching 1.6–1.8 kg per square meter, as well as excellent taste qualities and high content of vitamins and microelements, making it valuable for both home use and freezing and processing.

Emerald Cup is distinguished by its resistance to diseases and is adapted for cultivation in various climatic conditions. Maturation occurs over 75–90 days, which allows obtaining a harvest in relatively short periods. Sowing seeds for seedlings is recommended in mid-April to a depth of about 1 cm, followed by pricking out in the cotyledon phase. Transplanting seedlings into the open ground is carried out in mid-May at a scheme of 30х50 cm, which provides optimal conditions for plant growth and development.

This variety of cabbage not only attracts attention with its unusual appearance, resembling an alien object, but also possesses superior taste and nutritional properties. Due to its uniformity and compact head shape, Emerald Cup is convenient to use and is well suited for various culinary purposes, including the preparation of fresh dishes and freezing.
