Cabbage DA VINCI

Italian Aesthetics and High Farm Yields

The «DA Vinci» cabbage variety from the Italian breeding company Cora Seeds S.R.L. is a premier choice for growers targeting the fresh market and the HoReCa sector. Where both high yield and visual appeal are essential, this variety delivers consistent results. With compact heads weighing between 0.5 and 1.0 kg, it perfectly meets the standards of high-end retail.

Cultivation Efficiency and Logistics

A key feature of this variety is its distinctive gray-green color, which stands out in produce sections against standard white cabbage varieties. For farmers, «DA Vinci» is easy to handle due to the high uniformity of the heads. The compact plant habit allows for higher planting density, maximizing returns per hectare.

• Core Applications: Optimized for supermarket chains and gourmet dining. The medium head size eliminates the need for trimming, minimizing post-harvest waste.
• Agronomic Advantages: Dense leaf structure ensures excellent shelf life and durability during transport. The high stability of the crop simplifies harvest planning.
• End-Use: Perfect for fresh salads and fine-dining recipes, maintaining a crisp texture and vibrant look even after extended display.

By choosing «DA Vinci», producers invest in a premium, visually appealing product with predictable dimensions, ensuring fast turnover and strong market demand.
