Biological parameters and physical properties

A vegetation period of 70–80 days from transplanting allows for efficient planning of raw material supplies for production lines. The flat-round head has a mass in the range of 1.0–2.0 kg, which is the standard for mechanized handling. Such inflorescence geometry minimizes waste during segregation into florets, which is critical for deep-freezing or canned vegetable mix production.
