GRIBOVSKAYA 92 is a mid-early variety of grain bean, characterized by a period from germination to technical maturity of 47-59 days. The plant is bushy, moderately branched, and weakly spreading, with a height ranging from 20 to 45 cm. Fruiting is prolonged and continues from the first to the last harvest over a period of 58-70 days. Pods are sword-shaped, slightly curved, 12-15 cm long and 1.5-2 cm in diameter, with a light green color, parchment layer, and fibers. Seeds are kidney-shaped, elliptically flattened, and white.
The variety is distinguished by high yield, ranging from 0.9 to 2.0 kg per square meter depending on growing conditions. The bean contains 8.5-10% dry matter, 1.7-2% sugars, and 18-21 mg% of vitamin C, making it useful and nutritious. It is recommended for home cooking and canning due to its excellent commercial qualities and taste characteristics.
Sowing of GRIBOVSKAYA 92 bean is carried out at the end of May – beginning of June at a depth of 3-4 cm and a scheme of 40 x 10 cm. The recommended sowing rate is 80–125 kg per hectare. This variety is suitable for cultivation in various conditions and ensures a stable yield of green beans with excellent taste and nutritional qualities.
