Barley Vivat

Reliable Yields for Intensive Farming

The «Vivat» winter barley from «Naukovo-vyrobnyche Agro-Inter» is engineered for farmers who prioritize consistent performance in varied climatic conditions. Its six-row head type offers excellent tillering potential, which is essential for maintaining optimal stand density. With a plant height of 110-120 cm, the variety shows high competitiveness against weeds, allowing for optimized herbicide application strategies early in the season.

Built-in Phytosanitary Protection

The practical value of «Vivat» lies in its robust resistance profile. By selecting this variety, agronomists can mitigate the risks of common pathogens that threaten cereal productivity:

• Powdery Mildew: Strong resistance prevents early fungal spread during high-humidity spring weather.
• Helminthosporiosis and Rust: Maintains leaf health throughout the grain-filling stage, ensuring better test weight.
• Smut Diseases: High natural resistance to loose and stem smut reduces the pressure on chemical seed treatments.

Field Management Recommendations

«Vivat» is designed to simplify field operations. Its uniform maturation and structural height make it highly efficient during harvesting, minimizing grain loss in the field. This variety is an ideal solution for those seeking a technologically advanced, low-maintenance crop that withstands environmental stress and resists epiphytotic conditions without requiring excessive chemical intervention.
