Originator — "Selgen, a.s.", Czech Republic. Developed by individual selection. Variety — parallelum. Subtype — six-rowed. Plants height 75 cm. Stem of medium thickness. Ear rhombic, dense, straw-yellow, awns long, serrated, glumes narrow and long. Grain elliptical. 1000-grain weight up to 50.0 g. Mid-late maturity, vegetation period 262 days. Cold resistance — high. Sowing rate — 3.5 — 4.0 million viable seeds per hectare. Protein content in grain — 12.0–13.5%. Intensive type variety, high productive tillering and spring regenerative capacity. Reacts well to spring nitrogen fertilization at 30–60 kg/ha of active ingredient. Requires fungicide treatment for stem strengthening. Morphoregulator: this variety requires only sufficient moisture zone; to reduce stem height, growth regulators can be applied prior to sowing. This variety is characterized by high and stable yield, high proportion of large grain. Earlier than "Luxor" by 2–3 days. Enhanced disease resistance. Resistance to lodging is above average (4.5 points), resistant to shattering and drought. Sowing dates: in all Polissian zones until 15–25.09, in intensive Polissian and forest-steppe zones — 15–30.09, in Steppe zone sowing can be later — 20.09–5.10. Does not require special agrotechnical conditions. Registered in the Ukrainian Variety Register since 2000. During state variety trials, this variety outperformed "Luxor" in yield, achieving 95 centners per hectare.
