It is recommended for cultivation in the Central Black Earth region, specifically in the Belgorod and Kursk regions. This variety is distinguished by its balanced grain quality, making it particularly suitable for malt production. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 41 to 61 grams, extractivity reaches 83.2%, and protein content in the grain is between 9.8% and 12.2%. Grain uniformity is within the range of 96.6-98.8%, indicating high-quality harvest. Yield of the variety in the region reaches 58.9 centners per hectare.

The SHETTI variety has high resistance to lodging and drought, ensuring harvest stability even under unfavorable weather conditions.
