Dahlias 'Zillberrosa' – an annual plant growing up to 60 cm high and 35–40 cm wide, forming a compact bush with erect, flexible stems. Leaves are oval, rounded with serrated edges, and sturdy flower stalks are located at the ends of the stems, measuring 48–55 cm.
The inflorescences of this aster are densely double spheres of bright red color, about 8–10 cm in diameter. The flowers maintain their vibrant appearance even in a vase for two weeks, making the plant popular for decorating flower beds, garden compositions, and bouquets. Gradual flowering lasts from late August to the last days of autumn, with a rich red color.
The 'Zillberrosa' aster is easy to grow: it requires fertile, well-drained soil and a sunny or semi-shaded location. Care is minimal – regular weeding and moderate watering during budding. The plant is drought-resistant and cold-draft tolerant, withstands temperatures down to -3 °C. It also tolerates transplanting in a flowering state, making it convenient for use in landscape design and for cutting.
