Libid

The 'Libid' variety is a perennial aster with white double inflorescences that have a characteristic appearance of thin tubes, spreading radially from the center. Bushes grow up to 45–60 cm and typically have 5 to 7 large inflorescences with a diameter of 14–16 cm on each bush. The central disk of yellow tubular flowers is closed, which emphasizes the purity of the white color of the leaves and flowers.

This variety is distinguished by its resistance to unfavorable weather conditions: it does not require special winter protection and tolerates various climatic conditions well. The aster 'Libid' grows in a sunny place but does not like excessive moisture – suitable for open ground or as a seedling. Watering should be moderate, and three top dressings should be carried out during the season: after seedlings appear, during bud formation and at the beginning of flowering.

For planting, a depth of 5 cm and a distance between bushes of about 30 cm is recommended. Flowers bloom from July to October, making them a popular choice for autumn garden compositions. Seeds are sold in paper packets weighing 0.3 g and are from the manufacturer GL Seeds in Ukraine.
