Aster Esenia

The Esenia aster is a decorative plant with elegant spike-shaped inflorescences in a lilac-pink shade, reaching 11-12 cm in diameter. Bushes grow up to 60-65 cm in height and form from 10 to 14 large flowers, making this variety particularly effective in both single and group plantings. Blooming starts early and continues from August to October, allowing long enjoyment of bright and delicate flowers.

This aster variety is excellent for creating exquisite flower beds, mixed borders, and rabatks, adding sophistication and elegance to the garden landscape. Additionally, Esenia flowers are perfect for cut flowers, maintaining freshness and attractiveness in a cut state for several weeks. The plant prefers sunny or slightly shaded locations and develops best on light, fertile soils. It is important to avoid adding organic fertilizers in the year of planting to prevent harming growth.

Sowing seeds is carried out from mid-February to April with a sowing depth of about 0.5 cm. At a soil temperature of about +20°C, seedlings appear within 7-14 days. Seedlings are pricked out after 3-4 weeks and grown at a temperature of +12-15°C. Planting in open ground is done in the second half of May with a distance between plants of 20-30 cm. Seeds have high quality and meet international standards, ensuring good germination and plant development.
