Aster Memory

Elegance and Tradition: «Pamyat» Aster by «Umanskyi Skhi»

In the world of professional horticulture, needle-petaled asters represent the gold standard for late-season floral displays. The «Pamyat» variety, produced by «Umanskyi Skhi», stands out as a testament to selective breeding aimed at maximizing both the scale of the bloom and the intensity of the color profile. Developed in collaboration with originators «Euro-Semena» and «NPF Russian Seeds», this variety offers consistent quality for both landscape architects and amateur gardeners.

The hallmark of the «Pamyat» cultivar is its structural precision. The needle-like petals form a dense, spherical bloom measuring between 10 and 15 cm in diameter. Its striking yellow hue serves as a brilliant late-summer anchor, capable of holding its own against the backdrop of fading green foliage.

Agronomic Profile and Application

• Plant Habit: The plants reach a mature height of 50-80 cm, making them ideal for the mid-section of flower beds or as structural elements in mixed borders.
• Flowering Specs: With flower diameters reaching up to 15 cm, the blooms are substantial. Proper support is advised in open soil to ensure the stems remain upright during high winds or heavy rainfall.
• Versatile Cultivation: One of the strongest attributes of the «Pamyat» variety is its adaptability. Beyond traditional flower beds, it performs exceptionally well as a container-grown plant. This versatility allows for the creation of mobile floral displays on patios, decks, and entryways, providing a touch of color exactly where it is needed most.

Choosing this variety from «Umanskyi Skhi» is a commitment to predictable results. In the horticultural market, where variability can often undermine complex designs, the stability of this hybrid is its greatest asset. Gardeners can rely on the specific height and bloom diameter parameters to craft balanced, high-impact displays that remain true to their initial design vision throughout the season.
