The variety was obtained at the DalNIISKh by G.T. Kazymin and V.A. Marusich from crossing the varieties 'Luchshiy Michurinskiy' and 'Laureat'. Tested in the State Variety Trials since 1980.
Trees in young age have medium growth vigor. By the sixth year they form a medium-dense spreading crown. Bark on trunks is smooth and brown. One-year shoots are of medium thickness, brownish-brown. Buds are conical in shape, lagging behind shoots. Leaves are medium-sized, inversely egg-shaped, slightly pointed, dark green. Petiole is medium, greenish-red. Flowers are medium-sized, white, slightly pinkish. Petals are round in shape, moderately closed. Calyx is narrow bell-shaped. Stigma of the pistil is higher than stamens.

Stomach suture is small. Flesh is juicy, tender, pale-yellow, with pleasant slightly tart-sweet flavor. Fruits contain 13% sugars, 2.6% malic acid, 15% dry matter. Sensory evaluation of fruits is 5 points. Fruits are of universal use. Transportability is medium. Stone is small, free, slightly flattened on sides. Kernel is bitter.
Flowering period from May 12 to May 20. Enters fruiting stage on the 3rd-4th year of life. According to ripening time, it belongs to the medium-ripening group. Annual yield, averaging 30-45 kg per tree. Winter hardiness of trees is medium; in severe winters, one-year shoots may freeze. Strong freezing occurs on low, waterlogged sites and when planted in pits. Fruit buds are resistant to freezing. Affected by diseases and pests to a minor extent.
Advantages of the variety: fruit flavor quality does not fall short of southern varieties. Annual fruiting.
Disadvantages of the variety: susceptible to freezing on low-lying sites, requires grafting onto high-winter-hardy scaffold branches.
