About product
Description
Apricot fruits are large, egg-shaped or irregular oval in shape, weighing from 30 to 60 grams. The fruit skin is light yellow, slightly bumpy and hairy, acquiring a uniform yellow hue upon ripening. The flesh is juicy, light-colored, and has a harmonious sweet-and-sour taste with a flavor and hint of tropical fruits, which gave the variety its name. The seed pit is small and loose. Marketable maturity occurs in the second half of July; the fruits are well transported and can be stored for 5 to 7 days.
The variety has high frost resistance, withstands temperatures down to -25 degrees Celsius, and is also resistant to fungal diseases. It is also heat resistant, but poorly tolerates drought. Apricots of this variety are not only tasty but also beneficial: they strengthen the heart and blood vessels, stimulate gastrointestinal function, and help remove toxins from the body.
