KUNACH

The Kunch apricot variety is a medium-sized tree with a flat-round crown and a height of about three meters. The tree's branches are straight with olive-yellow bark, and the foliage is of medium density. This variety begins bearing fruit at about three years of age and is characterized by a late fruit ripening period, with harvests usually collected in mid-August. Kunch is partially self-fertile, which contributes to a stable yield.

Kunch apricot fruits are small, weighing about 30 grams, round in shape with a slightly pubescent yellow skin that is tender and does not peel off easily. The flesh is orange, jelly-like, with a pleasant sweet taste and a harmonious acidity, confirmed by a tasting score of 4.2 points. The fruit stalks are short and easily detach from the branch, facilitating harvest collection.
