Seedling of 2nd-3rd generation from self-pollination. Selected in 1986 by A.K. Skvortsov and L.A. Kramarenko. Originating institution: Main Botanical Garden. Included in the State Register in 2004 for the Central region.
Small-sized trees (3 m), moderate growth vigor. One-year-old shoots are highly branched. Flowers are large, 3.5-4 cm, white.
Fruits weighing 20-22 g, round or oval, slightly flattened on sides, thin skin, yellow-orange, hairy, with slight dotted blush or without it. Flesh is yellow-orange, medium density, juicy, tender, tasty, tasting score 4 points. Chemical composition: dry matter 15.3%, sugars 8.7%, titratable acids 1.9%, potassium content 360 mg/100g. Stone is small (8.5%), separates easily.
Fruits of this variety are suitable for fresh consumption, and jams and compotes made from them are of high quality. Storage life of the variety is good.
Fruit ripening is early — late July to early August. Yield is high, sometimes medium. Winter and cold resistance is good. Fruit-bearing on all types of shoots. Grafted plants enter fruiting on the 3rd-4th year after grafting.
