Apple Horodys'chens'ke

The apple variety Horodys'chens'ke is a late-winter, high-yielding, and transportable variety of Ukrainian selection. The tree is strongly growing with a wide-spreading crown, which has a broad-pyramidal structure when grown on a medium-height rootstock. The fruits are medium-sized, broadly conical in shape, weighing 150 to 180 grams, with a greenish-yellow color and a bright red blush covering most of the surface. The flesh is creamy, dense, fine-grained, and juicy, with a high-quality wine-sweet flavor. The tree exhibits high winter hardiness and resistance to diseases such as scab and powdery mildew, ensuring stable and regular yields. The apples retain their market and flavor qualities until April, with almost no loss of freshness or appeal. Due to these characteristics, the variety is suitable for long-term storage and transport, making it popular among gardeners and consumers. The main use of the fruit is fresh consumption, although they can also be used to make juices, jams, and preserves. The variety is distinguished by its high yield and good adaptation to climatic conditions, which confirms its popularity in Ukrainian horticulture. Horodys'chens'ke combines excellent taste qualities, disease resistance, and storage convenience, making it a versatile and reliable choice for cultivation.
