The fruit skin is dense and smooth, with a noticeable bloom and frequent gray speckles. Fruit color varies: red on the sunny side, and light yellow or greenish-salad on the shaded side. The flesh is light, finely textured, juicy, with an excellent sweet flavor and mild tart notes.
