Late autumn apple variety of folk selection. Discovered in the garden of Buzovyazovskoye Fruit Farm in the Republic of Bashkortostan by agronomist H. A. Akhmetgareev in 1948. Cultivated in Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, and Samara region.
Tree of medium height, with a compact oval crown of medium density and foliage; bark on the trunk and main branches smooth, dark brown. Bears fruit on simple and complex buds, spurs.
Shoots thick, straight, round, slightly hairy. Buds few, medium convex; buds pressed, medium, conical. Leaves large, round-egg-shaped, oriented sideways, short-pointed, dark green, glossy, smooth. Blade flat, curved downward, weakly hairy; leaf margin finely toothed. Petiole of medium length and thickness.
Flowers large, small-cup-shaped, aromatic, pinkish. Stigma style slightly hairy, stigmas positioned slightly above anthers.
Fruits medium (up to 145 g), round, nearly regular shape, slightly flattened, slightly ribbed, smooth. Skin medium thickness, oily, glossy. Color at harvest time greenish-yellow, covering - blurred brownish-red blush on smaller part of fruit; at consumer maturity - golden-yellow with orange-red blush on larger part of fruit. Few subcutaneous dots, small, barely noticeable. Peduncle short, medium thickness, straight. Calyx medium, acute-conical, slightly ribbed, without rust. Receptacle medium width, slightly ribbed, small, cup half-open, subcupular tube bowl-shaped, central cavity absent. Heart large, seeds large, broad, round, dark brown.
Flesh white or cream-colored, dense, tender, fine-grained, juicy, slightly tart-sweet with strong aroma, appearance rating - 4.8 points, taste - 4.5 points. Chemical composition of fruits: dry matter - 14.2%, sugars - 9.1%, titratable acids - 0.59%, pectin - 0.99%, ascorbic acid - 6.5 mg/100g.
Fruits stored for 180 days, universal use, high transportability, medium marketability.
Self-sterile variety. Best pollinators - Bashkir Red Beauty, Tityovka Seedling, Urals Nalivnoe.
Begins fruiting at 6 years. Medium longevity. Yield 100-210 centners per hectare, regular fruiting, low fruit drop. Moderately resistant to extreme conditions. Affected by scab at moderate level (up to 2 points).
